    Brand new alloy wheels were FULL of industrial strength grease and required complete removal to clean. Complained to both the store and head office, both of which did not even bother to apologise or compensate for the additional costs incurred.

    VERY POOR SERVICE. The rims on the car were filthy. Surely this branch out of the entire network should know that most cars in the area are luxury are need special care
